Thank you for choosing The Creative Ana for your business retreats, programs, and creative resources. We are committed to providing you with unique, high-quality experiences and materials.
By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
1. All Sales Are Final
All purchases made through The Creative Ana — including but not limited to retreats, workshops, courses, programs, and downloadable resources — are one-time purchases and are non-refundable.
2. No Cancellations or Refunds
Once your order is placed and payment is processed, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or credited toward another product, service, or event.
This policy applies to:

Change of mind

Scheduling conflicts

Non-use of purchased service or product

Dissatisfaction with the content or results (though we always strive to exceed expectations)
3. Transfers
If you are unable to attend a retreat or event for which you have registered, your ticket may be transferred to another person. This transfer must be requested in writing at least 5 days before the event start date and is subject to approval by The Creative Ana.
4. Digital Products
All digital products, including templates, guides, and course materials, are delivered instantly and therefore are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.
5. Force Majeure
In the rare event that The Creative Ana must cancel or reschedule an event due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., natural disasters, venue issues, illness), we will offer a rescheduled date or alternative access to the program. Monetary refunds will be issued.
6. Agreement
By making a purchase from The Creative Ana, you agree to this No Refund & All Sales Final Policy in full. If you do not agree, please do not make a purchase.
